Session Overview:

We’re starting the BRCA Support BC 2025/26 season with a warm welcome and an evening of real-life experiences from members of our BRCA+ community. Join Joanna, Sabrina, and Shiraz as they share their journeys of genetic testing, personal risk management choices, and resilience in the face of cancer and high risk. Their stories highlight the diverse realities of life as BRCA carriers and the value of empowered decision-making.

This gathering also includes an update on BRCA Support BC activities for the year ahead and a special plug for our team’s participation in the October 2025 CIBC Run for the Cure.

Key Topics:

  • Personal Journeys: First-hand accounts from three different perspectives on life with hereditary cancer risk.

  • Community Connections: Building relationships and finding support.

  • Q&A: A chance to engage directly with our speakers.

  • Run for the Cure: Learn how to join or support the BRCA Support BC team.
